color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 它是一個(gè)集康復(fù)、培訓(xùn)、文化、體育為一體的綜合性活動(dòng)中心，服務(wù)于全鎮(zhèn)900余名殘疾人。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 良鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)溫馨家園成立于2008年8月，同年建立殘疾人職業(yè)康復(fù)站，服務(wù)對(duì)象現(xiàn)有58人。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 園內(nèi)設(shè)有工療室、圖書電腦室、書畫工作室、娛樂室、棋牌室、愛心超市、餐廳、肢體訓(xùn)練室、心理咨詢室等。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 園內(nèi)注冊(cè)有羿行殘疾人服務(wù)協(xié)會(huì)，負(fù)責(zé)溫馨家園和職康站的志愿服務(wù)工作，現(xiàn)今協(xié)會(huì)注冊(cè)志愿者達(dá)1500余名，助殘服務(wù)分隊(duì)60余支，已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為全區(qū)規(guī)模最大的助殘團(tuán)隊(duì)。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; font-size: 20px;"> ——?jiǎng)?chuàng)意手工坊項(xiàng)目。它的創(chuàng)建其主要目標(biāo)是為有手工技能、有意愿學(xué)習(xí)手工的殘障朋友提供一個(gè)創(chuàng)業(yè)場所。為了便于殘障朋友的出行和加工便利，我們采用了“1+1+N”的模式，由溫馨家園統(tǒng)一接收訂單，制定統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，然后分發(fā)給各位殘疾人進(jìn)行居家加工。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;"> 現(xiàn)在手工坊已經(jīng)完成多個(gè)系列的卡通人物的創(chuàng)作，2022年團(tuán)隊(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的冰墩墩、雪容融受到了極大的追捧，并作為房山區(qū)冬奧特色產(chǎn)品在房山府前廣場進(jìn)行了展覽。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 2022冬殘奧會(huì)上500束象征著堅(jiān)強(qiáng)、永不凋零的頒獎(jiǎng)用花，是由150余名殘障朋友親手編制的，這位心靈手巧的小姑娘就是其中的一名。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">“良馨優(yōu)品”之三</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;"> ——書畫工作室項(xiàng)目。它是為了更好的發(fā)揮殘疾人的優(yōu)勢，為他們提供更好的創(chuàng)收平臺(tái)而創(chuàng)建，先后投資數(shù)萬元采購了先進(jìn)的裝裱設(shè)備和材料，招募了本區(qū)域內(nèi)十余名有書法基礎(chǔ)和有意愿的殘疾人加入工作室進(jìn)行創(chuàng)作和學(xué)習(xí)。自建立起先后接待參觀人員1000余人次，開展多場書畫交流活動(dòng)，期間銷售書畫作品近百副。未來將加大多渠道、多平臺(tái)的宣傳和銷售，打造一支網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播銷售小分隊(duì)、聯(lián)合愛心單位組織慈善拍賣會(huì)，最終將打造成為房山區(qū)殘疾人文化交流和產(chǎn)品銷售的聚集地。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">代加工項(xiàng)目</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;"> 為了鍛煉殘疾人的手眼協(xié)調(diào)能力、提高職業(yè)技能、增加收入，溫馨家園積極聯(lián)系洽談，承接了北京某報(bào)社的海報(bào)包裝和中煤印務(wù)的貼標(biāo)簽、包書皮以及華冠公司的裝粽子、折禮盒等加工勞動(dòng)，并積極協(xié)調(diào)加工場地、設(shè)備，組織有基本能力的殘疾人開展進(jìn)一步的工療康復(fù)，使殘疾人實(shí)現(xiàn)家門口上班勞動(dòng)、掙工資。家園采用按勞分配的方式激勵(lì)他們參與勞動(dòng)，有部分服務(wù)對(duì)象收入最高時(shí)每月能有一千余元的收入。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;
