國家級非遺岳西桑皮紙傳人－－王柏林許萍 <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></p><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 岳西桑皮紙制作技藝，2008年入選第三批國家級非遺名錄，岳西縣毛尖山鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民王柏林，是全國僅有掌握手工桑皮紙制作技藝的國家級傳承人，他造的桑皮紙成為故宮博物院文物保護和故宮大修專用紙。</p><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></p> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 54歲的王柏林，是岳西縣毛尖山鄉(xiāng)板舍村一位地道的農(nóng)民。正是他在桑皮紙槽間“頑固”地堅守，才留住了桑皮紙手工制作的千年工藝，不僅為故宮大修效了力，還使瀕臨失傳的“絕活”，得以列入國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄。</p> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 藏在深山里的這門手工絕活瀕臨失傳，故宮大修卻喚醒這項傳統(tǒng)制作技藝的記憶！<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">已有千年歷史的岳西“桑皮紙”，有幸成為修繕故宮特選材料后，這一民間瑰寶立即受到世人關注。</span></p> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 王柏林說：“大凡60歲左右的板舍村村民，以前都能純手工制作桑皮紙，即便是上世紀80年代初，毛尖山鄉(xiāng)還曾有桑皮紙作坊200多處?！保捌ぜ堉l(xiāng)”的沒落是在打工潮高漲時開始的。“為了謀求更高的收入，一些村民紛紛外出打工，祖?zhèn)鞯募妓囍饾u失傳，王柏林也隨著打工潮南下謀生去了。</p> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 2005年春，當從電視上得知故宮大修急需手工桑皮紙的消息后，王柏林連工錢都沒結就跑回家了，重新操起祖業(yè)。</p><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> </p> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 當年，故宮博物院文保科技部曹靜樓第6次來岳西尋訪桑皮紙時，王柏林揭了‘皇帖’。曾經(jīng)威嚴的皇宮與大別山腹地小山溝里的手工作坊“結緣”時，村民們才醒悟：原來祖上操弄的東西還是“國?！薄?lt;/p> <h3> 王柏林帶領全家老少齊上陣，運用古老傳統(tǒng)的制作工藝，開始了手工制作桑皮紙的生涯。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 桑皮紙采用純手工生產(chǎn)，先剝?nèi)∩淦?，曬干，放入水池中浸泡?shù)日，然后手工揉捏讓樹皮變軟，再用石灰水上漿。二次蒸煮、漂洗、去雜質(zhì)(手工挑揀)。三次漂洗、去雜質(zhì)、打漿后將紙漿放入紙槽，最后用簾架撈紙。</p> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 剝桑樹皮、浸泡、踏揉、舂爛、濕壓、晾曬、整理……20多道工序，全是力氣活，尤其是打漿和撈紙，常常累得人胳膊都抬不起來。</p> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 榨水后復合紙張貼上紙焙用明火焙，待紙張干后進行整理修邊，用切紙刀切成規(guī)定尺寸，100張紙為一刀，進行簡單包裝后整套工序就算完成。</p> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 精湛的造紙工藝，溫潤潔白、拉力強、耐折度高的內(nèi)在品質(zhì)，讓人們感受到它博大精深的歷史文化。</p> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 正是王柏林與妻子儲小武及家人依然“頑固”地堅守在祖祖輩輩操勞的槽間，才能讓桑皮紙這一國級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)傳承下來，在幾年的時間里，陸續(xù)向故宮輸送優(yōu)質(zhì)桑皮紙幾十萬張，為保護故宮立下了汗馬功勞！</p>
